Lots of chords here, with lots of flat signatures, which make them look a lot more difficult than they are. I’ve tried to indicate some fingerings that are playable while also mimicking the band sound, but do play around with them, and simplify them. E.g., there’s really no need to break your neck over figuring out how to play Abmaj9 when a simple Abmaj7 will do… (4x554x works well).

This arrangement, more than most, demonstrates what a bunch of versatile and skilled jazz musicians Dylan’s band is. For example, the passage from “I wandered around” and onwards is really just an F or F7 or F9 with lots of things happening in intermediary voices (Cm11 being one of them; just another way of writing 888888, really).
